How to
Subscribe
- Order by
Mail: Print out the order form and mail in with a check, money order,
or your VISA/Mastercard information. Download the form here
- Order
Tickets by Email or Phone: Contact our Box Office Manager, Beth McGee,
at beth@villageproductions.org or 610.323.6884. Please have your credit
card ready.
Additional
Subscription Policies
- Pass
holders are encouraged to make advance reservations for all
productions, to ensure seat availability.
- Open
Pass holders may reserve repeat attendance dates at Main Stage and
Collage Series productions starting 3 days prior to the performance
date.
- Packages
do not apply to special performance events such as the New York, New
York Champagne Premiere Benefit Performance; however Pass holders may
include such events with payment of an up-charge.
- Pass holder
must present Pass at the Box Office when receiving tickets.
- Passes are
nontransferable.
- Village
Productions/Tri-PAC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule
offerings in its sole discretion. In the event that a subscriber event
is cancelled, you may receive a pro-rata refund of your subscription
price, or you may apply your refund to a ticket for a future Village
Productions event, at your option.
- If
you are unable to attend your scheduled performance or event, please be
sure to change your ticket reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
There are no refunds for missed performances.
If
you are unable to attend a performance, you may donate your tickets to
Village Productions by notifying the box office at least 2 hours before
the scheduled performance. We will issue a written acknowledgement of
your donation equal to your subscription ticket price.
