Ticket Purchasing Options and Policies
TICKET POLICIES
- METHOD OF PURCHASE: Please scroll down for information about web, phone, in-person and mail order ticket options.
- PURCHASES, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS: Please review your selections carefully before submitting your order. All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds for a missed performance. Tickets for a given performance may be exchanged for another performance in the same production, by contacting ___ no later than 24 hours before your scheduled performance. [BETH …NEED LANGUAGE HOW TO DO THIS AND NO LATER THAN …] In the event you are unable to use your tickets, you are welcome to donate your tickets back to the Tri-PAC by speaking with a Box Office representative at least 2 hours prior to curtain so that we may re-sell them to another patron.
- SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS & GIFT CERTIFICATES: Season Subscriptions offer between 20 – 30% off ticket prices depending on your package.
- GROUP DISCOUNTS: Groups of 10 or more receive $2 off per ticket when purchased in a single transaction. Contact the Box Office for more information about making group purchases.
- CANCELLED PERFORMANCES: Due to the nature of live theater, programs, performers, dates, and times are subject to change. Village Productions/Tri-PAC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule offerings in its sole discretion. No refund applies if a performance is rescheduled. In the event that an event is cancelled and is not rescheduled, or tickets are not honored at a future performance date for the same production, you may receive a refund of your ticket price, or you may apply your refund to a ticket for a future Tri-PAC event, at your option.
- RESERVED SEATING: For the 2010-11 Season, seating is General Admission except for groups of 10 or more, individuals or groups requiring special accommodations, or arrangements made in the sole discretion of Management. The House opens approximately 30 minutes before curtain. Please arrive in plenty of time to find your seat.
- LATECOMERS POLICY: For the safety and comfort of our patrons and performers, latecomers and those who exit the theater during the performance will not be admitted into the theater until an appropriate interval, and/or may be seated in a specific designed section as determined by the Management.
- CHILDREN & BABIES:
- Babies are not permitted into the theatre, even if they sit on an adult’s lap and do not occupy their own seat. Patrons who bring babies do so at their own risk and may be asked to leave. No ticket refunds will apply.
- Children are welcome at most Tri-PAC events, but every patron must have a ticket, regardless of age.
- Content: Occasionally, productions may have recommended age limits or parental warnings; however, these recommendations are never enforced and ushers will not prevent entry of children and young people. It is always up to the parent/guardian to make the determination if an event is age appropriate for their charge. We encourage you to seek additional information through your own research.
- Behavior: As a courtesy to other patrons and the performers, please bear in mind that it is not appropriate for small children to attend performances where silence is a prerequisite for full enjoyment of the artistic experience. Please also note that, even for family-oriented productions, the ushers will reseat parents/guardians with disruptive children or direct them to the lobby.
- Refunds: No ticket refunds will apply.
- PLEASE BE COURTEOUS - During the performance, talking, coughing, rustling of paper, and noise from digital watches and other devices disturb performers and members of the audience. For the safety of all, please do not leave your seat during the performance except in case of a true emergency, To ensure guests and performers enjoy shows free of distractions, the Tri-PAC reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if his or her behavior is disruptive, and will not issue a refund.
- PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING: The taking of photographs or recording the performance is prohibited except by authorized personnel.
- ACCESSIBILITY - If you have a special need, please inform the Box Office representative when purchasing tickets. Accessible seating is available at every performance; we encourage you to make this request in advance. If you have any questions or need further information, please call 610.970.1199. We will gladly assist you in making any arrangements needed to ensure that your visit is enjoyable.
- ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES - The Tri-PAC is equipped with a sound enhancement system to amplify stage dialogue and music. A limited number of lightweight headsets are available at the Box Office. There is no charge however a photo I.D. must be provided and held at the Box Office at time of use.
METHOD OF PURCHASING TICKETS
- E-TICKET SYSTEM: Village Productions uses an e-ticket system with secure bar codes for each ticket. Please handle your e-ticket ticket with care and do not make copies. Your ticket will be scanned for authenticity on the day of performance. For security purposes, only the first ticket scanned will be admitted. Any duplicate tickets presented after that will be rejected and the subsequent ticket holder will be denied access.
- ON-LINE. Click on the name of the production from the Home Page, and follow the prompts. A convenience fee applies to each on-line ticket purchase, based on the cost of the ticket. Please print your e-ticket and bring it with you to the performance.
- IN PERSON AT THE BOX OFFICE. Tickets may be purchased in person at the Box Office when open. The Box Office is open approximately 1 hour before each performance and at other various times each week. You may purchase tickets for the current performance or for future performances, subject to availability. We accept cash, checks, money orders and all major credit cards at the Box Office.
- BY MAIL. Please mail a CHECK made payable to “Village Productions” for the full amount of your tickets, and include a note listing the following:
- Your full name
- The date of the performance(s) you wish to attend
- The number and type of tickets you require (such as adult, student or senior),
- Your address and telephone number, and email if applicable
- Whether you would like an email or telephone confirmation.
- Whether you would like your tickets emailed to you or held at the Box Office until the night of the performance. Please note: we do not mail tickets.

- BY PHONE THROUGH THE ON-LINE VENDOR BOX OFFICE. For maximum security of your credit card information, Village Productions now allows phone orders only through our ticket vendor, ClicknPrint at 877-77CLICK (for phone ticket orders only). A $2 vendor fee applies per ticket, in addition to a per ticket convenience fee based on the cost of the ticket. Please have your credit card ready. Tickets purchased by phone can be emailed, mailed, or faxed, or can be held at the Box Office for the date of performance. The Box Office opens approximately 1 hour before each performance.

We welcome back Maggie and Mark Moliterno on August 20th for an evening of Broadway, performing with approximately 25 young vocalists from the area in a concert benefitting Habitat for Humanity and the Tri-PAC. Maggie, an award-winning dramatic coloratura soprano and Pottstown native, is a versatile actress who has appeared in principal roles in opera, operetta and musical theater in the U.S. and Europe such as the Countess Almaviva in THE MARRIAGE OF FIGARO, Laurie in OKALHOMA, and Audrey in LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS. Mark, bass-baritone, has performed throughout the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and the Far East, with numerous opera companies, symphony orchestras and festivals. His vocal repertoire includes leading opera roles such as Falstaff in FALSTAFF, Escamillo in CARMEN, Germont in LA TRAVIATA, Count Almaviva in LE NOZZE DI FIGARO, Marcello in LA BOHEME, Sharpless in MADAMA BUTTERFLY, Leporello in DON GIOVANNI, and Falke in DIE FLEDERMAUS. Mark is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Voice at Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Princeton, NJ.
