ABOUT THE CAST
Ken Kaissar (Director)
Ken’s directing work has been seen mostly in New York City where he directed in the Culture Project’s Women’s Center Stage Festival and at the Epiphany Theatre Company where he directed a new production of A Doll House and the world premiere of No Exodus. He is also a playwright and his adaptation of The Canterbury Tales was commissioned by Columbia University in 2008, and his play The Victims or What Do You Want Me To Do About It was a runner-up for the 2009 Princess Grace Award. Ken holds a BFA in Directing from Carnegie Mellon University and an MFA in playwriting from Columbia University.

Jennifer Fritz Dinan (Dotty Otley/Mrs. Clackett) was last seen on stage in Les Liasons Dangereuse at The Barn “ohh-la-la, the costumes!” From high court to scullery maid as Mrs. “CLAckett, dear, CLAckett” I’m delighted to make my debut with Tri-PAC in this hilarious romp! I’ve been a staple on local stages for many years; my favorite roles include Annie Oakley in Annie Get Your Gun, Mother Superior in Nunsense and Truvy in Steel Magolias. By day I perform as a sales manager for a national luxury home builder.

Bill Murray (Lloyd Dallas) lives in Lansdale with his wife Kathleen and is thrilled to have the opportunity to play a role he’s wanted since fi rst discovering this hilarious farce. This is Bill’s second role at Village Productions as he recently portrayed Bill Humphries in the February production of 84, Charing Cross Road. Other past roles include Inspector Troughton in Run For Your Wife and Terence O’Keefe in Breaking Legs.

Mike Shoeman (Garry Lejeune/Roger Tramplemain) is happy to return to the Tri-PAC stage for the third time this season. He teaches Acting, Improvisation and Audition Techniques for the Tri-County Performing Arts Center. Previously, he has appeared in Almost, Maine, Six Degrees of Separation, Dracula, and Rapunzel. Mike will appear later this season in A Night of David Ives’ One Acts and Ragtime.

Laura Watson (Brooke Ashton/Vicki) is pleased to be performing in her first production at Tri-PAC. Laura is an Art Therapist and spends her free time performing at community theaters. She has thoroughly enjoyed working with the cast and production staff and would like to thank everyone for their support, hard work, and laughter. Laura would like to dedicate this show to her brother Steven and remembers many late night laughs together watching Are You Being Served and Mr Bean.

Rebecca Shoemaker (Poppy Norton-Taylor)
is thrilled to be part of this production of Noises Off. Her favorite performances to date are with VP and the Tri-County Performing Arts Center, and include the roles of Hope and Marvalynn in Almost, Maine, a Sister in Quilters, and of course the singing opportunities in their various Cabaret productions. Rebecca studied Musical Theater
and Vocal Performance at West Chester University, and currently studies voice with Deborah Stimson-Snow. She wishes to thank her husband and children for their ongoing support of her pursuits in the performing arts.

Gregory D. Kasander (Frederick Fellowes/Philip Brent) ran into political turmoil with Britain’s Secrecy Act as Bob Jackson in Pack of Lies, ran about Monte Carlo with a corpse as British shoe salesman Harry Witherspoon in Lucky Stiff and hit the ground running as lead characters in Run For Your Wife, There Goes the Bride, and Lend Me a Tenor. Greg did no running as British sympathizer John Dickinson in 1776. Robin Oakapple in Ruddigore and Cyril in Princess Ida round out this running tally of favorite roles.

Raina L. Frey (Belinda Blair/Flavia Brent) is joining VP for her 2nd production in as many months. She recently appeared in our February production of 84, Charing Cross Road as Helene Hanff. Raina seems to have a history of playing two characters in a single show, which makes her wonder about her mental state. She has played Donna/Oolie in City of Angels and Eve/Mama Noah in Children of Eden. When not exercising her split personality, Raina has enjoyed turns as a notorious night-club singer (Reno Sweeny in Anything Goes) an aspiring dancer (Diana Morales in A Chorus Line), an evidence-erasing pie maker (Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd), and a fame-crazed nun (Sr. Robert Anne in Nunsense). By day, Raina is Director of Solution Delivery at Pfizer. “Thanks to the cast and crew for making this a fun and rewarding experience and to Brian for dealing with my crazy schedule during all of this madness!”

Porter Eidam (Tim Allgood) counts Noises Off as his 7th show with VP. He has spent time on stage in roles such as Bill Sykes in Oliver! Bob Cratchit in Mrs. Bob Cratchit’s Wild Christmas Binge, Mr. Shellhammer in Miracle on 34th Street, John in David and Lisa and Bardolf in Lettice and Lovage. He has also spent time back stage as the percussionist/pit coordinator for Quilters and The Wiz. The role of Tim in Noises Off is one of his favorites to date. He has loved the show ever since the fi rst time he encountered it while majoring in music at Michigan State University. Off stage, Porter works in R & D Department of J.W. Pepper in Paoli. He also works locally as a musician.

Michael Tunney (Selsden Mowbray/Burglar) counts among his recent roles at Tri-PAC, Greylag in Honk! and Sgt. Bouncer in the one act opera Cox & Box,Or the Long-lost Brothers. Last season, he performed in the Tri-PAC’s inaugural production of Miracle on 34th St. as Judge Henry X. Harper. Previous VP appearances include concert performances in “An Evening of Gershwin” and“Sing into Spring”, and the role of Col. Pickering in My Fair Lady. He also directed their productions of The Secret Garden at Camp Hill Village and Sweeney Todd at Historic Yellow Springs. He has been a performer in the Philadelphia area for many years with various theater groups including the Savoy Company, appearing at Philadelphia’s Academy of Music and Longwood Gardens. With Savoy he also performed leading roles at the Buxton Opera House in Buxton, England, at New York’s Metropolitan Museum, in Philadelphia with Peter Nero and the Philly Pops, and in Pottstown with the Pottstown Symphony Orchestra. Last summer he performed with Concert Operetta Theater as Col. Popoff in The Chocolate Soldier with the Ocean City Pops Orchestra. This June he will appear with the Philadelphia G&S Union as Dr. Daly in The Sorcerer at the 17th International Gilbert & Sullivan Festival in Gettysburg.
